The Finnish Bistro is a special gathering place set in the charming St. Anthony Park neighborhood of St. Paul. We continue a tradition of delicious healthy food blended with delectable favorites from Europe and all over the world!

Breakfast items are served any time of day with fresh seasonal fruit.

Light “Jogurtti” Yogurt Parfait - Low-fat vanilla yogurt with fresh fruit and crunchy granola.

Finnish “Perinteiset”(traditional) Breakfast - Finnish natives love this breakfast!  A plate filled with smoked salmon lox, pickled herring, salami, egg, cucumber, tomato, Swiss cheese and rye crisp or bread.

Chilled Finnish Delight - Lightly toasted pita bread topped with a fresh thick layer of cream cheese, topped with chilled smoked salmon, capers, onions and dill.

House “Aamiainen” (Breakfast) - Kielbasa sausage & roasted potatoes grilled with sautéed spinach and onions with three your eggs your favorite style, toast and salsa.

“Klassikko” (Classic) Breakfast - 2 eggs, bacon, grilled potatoes and toast served with
fresh salsa.

Bacon & “Muna” (Egg) Sandwich - Bacon and eggs served on your choice of toast.

“Pulla” French Toast - Cardamom raisin bread served with sliced almonds, powdered sugar, syrup, caramelized apples and berries with fresh whipped cream.

Ham & Cheese or Veggie Quiche - Eggs & fresh veggies or ham baked with a buttery crust served with salsa.

Lefse Scramble - 3 scrambled eggs with ham, bacon, ham & vegetables or just vegetables
 inside a large lefse wrap and a side of salsa.

Fresh “Hedelmät” (Fruit) Crepe - Caramelized apples and mixed berries served with powdered sugar and real whipped cream.

All omelets come with a side of fresh fruit.

Greek “Munakas” (Omelet) - Lamb meat, onion, red pepper, feta cheese, House cucumber dill sauce and salsa.

Farmers “Munakas” (Omelet) - Ham, cheddar cheese, mushrooms, onion, red pepper, spinach and potatoes with fresh salsa.

Vegetable “Munakas” (Omelet) - Three eggs with onions, roasted red pepper, mushrooms, spinach tomato and cheddar cheese served with salsa on the side.

House “Salaatti” (Salad) - Chicken breast, spinach, caramelized Granny Smith apples, toasted pecans,Roquefort cheese with raspberry vinaigrette.

“Kreikan Salaatti” (Greek Salad) - Mixed greens, feta cheese, tomato, onions,Kalamata olives served with Greek dressing.

“Puutarha Salaattii” (Garden Salad) - Mixed Greens, tomatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and cucumbers served with house cucumber dill sauce.

“Kokki”(chef’s) Special Salad - Chicken or salmon on crisp mixed greens, tomatoes,
cucumbers, onions and fresh dill served withour house cucumber dill sauce.

Finnish Beef Pasty - Baked pasty stuffed with beef, carrots, rutabaga,and onion with a our famous cucumber sauce.

Daily “Kala” (fish) Special - Fresh grilled fish, sautéed spinach and grilled seasonal vegetables.

“Lohi” (salmon) Lefse - Salmon, spinach, red pepper and onions served with house cucumber dill sauce.

“Pinaatti” (spinach) Pie - Baked Phyllo dough layered with fresh spinach and feta cheese served with pita bread and house dressing.

Classic BLT - Bacon, lettuce & tomato on freshly grilled bread with soup or salad on the side.

Classic Grilled Cheese - Fresh grilled bread, butter and cheddar cheese melted to perfection along with a side of soup or salad.

“Lammas” (lamb) Gyro - Sliced lamb, cucumber, tomato, onion, on a fresh pita with homemade cucumber sauceand soup or salad on the side.

Caprese -Tomato, fresh mozzarella, onions & basil pesto on French bread with balsamic on the side.

Special Pulled “Sianliha” (pork) - Pulled BBQ pork, onions and mushrooms on fresh grilled bread with tangy & sweet barbecue sauce.

Bistro Wrap - Choose from: Ham & cheese, chicken Caesar, salmon, turkey with either bacon, artichoke or avocado, and lastly plain delicious veggie. All are wrapped with lettuce, tomato, and onion.

Bistro “Voileipa” (Club) - Two slices of grilled fresh bread, lettuce, tomato and onion with one of the following: plain veggie, bacon (BLT), ham & Swiss, chicken, Italian, or turkey with bacon, artichoke or avocado.

Spicy Quesadilla - Seasoned chicken or beef tortilla loaded with cheese, grilled onions, fresh Pico de Gallo and spicy chipotle sauce with a side of sour cream. Add homemade Guacamole for a nominal fee.

All pizza comes with soup or a side salad (Please allow 15+ minutes to prepare and bake)

The Baltic Special - Kielbasa grilled sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, black olives, sautéed garlic and mozzarella cheese on red sauce.

The “Suosikki” (favorite) - Grilled chicken breast, crumbled Applewood bacon, onions, and mushrooms with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses on a creamy ranch based sauce.

“Uuni Peruna” (Baked Potato) Pizza - Pizza crust smothered with buttery-garlic mashed potatoes and topped with fresh onions, cheddar cheese, sprinkled with smoked Applewood bacon and served with a side of sour cream.

The “Välimeren” (Mediterranean) Pizza - Fresh spinach, fresh tomatoes, feta cheese, kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, onions, Greek oregano and garlic with mozzarella cheese on pesto sauce. Add Gyro Meat for an extra charge.

Finnish “Vihannes” (Vegetable) - Generous amounts of fresh diced tomatoes, mushrooms, red peppers, onions, black olives, and mozzarella cheese on pesto or red sauce.
