| WHITE WINES |
Protocolo Blanco, Manchuela, Spain 70% Airén, 30% Macabeo
Brilliant yellow with greenish hues. Aromas of fresh fruit, bananas, apples and peaches. This shows fruity, silky notes with bright acidity, followed by a pleasant, persistent finish.
L'ermitage Blanc, Costieres de Nimes, France
60% Roussanne, 20% Grenache Blanc, 20% Viognier
The nose reveals lilacs, an understated citrus quality and a bit of peach in the background.
The palate is round and juicy and French (what a fantastic combination!) yet finishes dry and a bit dusty.
Clos la Chance, San Martin, California
This un-oaked Chardonnay opens up with aromas like a tropical fruit salad—pineapples, guava and bananas dominate the nose. Hints of lemon grass and citrus rind as well. The flavors are concurrent with the nose—lots of fresh pineapple. Kiwi, lime and a hit of grassiness round out this very fruit forward Chardonnay. The bright acid makes this a wonderfully refreshing summer wine.
Loredona Riesling
Delicate aroma’s of white nectarine, orange blossom and a touch of honeysuckle. On the palate fresh nectarine mingles with lime, honey dew melon and candied orange peel. Crisp and refreshing white selection.
Parallel 45 Rose`
Floral and crushed red cherry aroma and full bodied flavor. This wine has a peppered, lip smacking fruit character. The acidity and tannins are ripe but firm. This is no wimpy Rose` but instead a hearty winner. |

This Pinot Noir is aged in French oak barrels for 10 months and has a brilliant deep, ruby red color with intense aromas of ripe plum, blackberry, cherry highlighted by spice and toasty oak. Fresh, rich ripe flavors of black cherry, cola and plum layered with a subtle touch of vanilla oak
& raspberry.
Foster IQUE, Lujan de Coyo, Argentina
IQUE is 100% Malbec, hand harvest from 30 year old vines. Intense ruby-red with violet hints in color, it possesses fruity aromas which remind one of fresh red fruits and white pepper. Firm structure, soft lush tannins and a satisfying end.
181 Merlot
Lavish more classic Bordeaux style Merlot, bursting with plush tannins and sumptuous notes of black cherry, vanilla, stone fruit and toast. Flavors of currant and spicy cedar end with a lingering, luxurious finish.
Trapiche Malbec
Sweet aromas of blackberry and plum and a touch of black pepper, an elegant touch of smoke and vanilla that comes through from the oak ageing. There is a velvety texture, soft tannins and long finish. Enjoy

| FINNISH BEER |
Kataja Olut, Finland
Medium body with little carbonation almost cider-like. Bright sour cherry onset with a spicy finish. Lingering notes of earthy juniper and cardamom yet it’s a thin pour. Quite malty with sediment and a tart edge.
Sinebrychoff Porter, Finland
Heavy medium body with moderate carbonation and a velvety smooth feel. Dark chocolate almost black color and is heavy on the roast, molasses, maple syrup, and brown sugar; some burnt biscuits notes are added, along with just a tiny hint of smoky spruce tips. A very tasty Baltic porter. |

Argang Carnegie Stark Porter 2004 , Sweden
A wonderfully complex mix of smooth chocolate and roasty flavors, with a hint of crystal/caramel. Body is smooth and mellow. Low bitterness gives a slightly sweet character. Finishes with a pleasant grainy dryness that lingers with a great toasty finish
Tilburg’s Dutch Brown Ale, Holland
Sweetish caramel malts in the front, some roastyness and light complexity. Spiced with figs, cocoa, and succulent fruit peels. Finishes up dry with some tartness and a light honey aftertaste.
Hacker-Pschorr Hefe Munich Gold, Germany
Taste is very peppery and dry up front, clove-like flavor mostly. It opens up more in the middle to very muted fruit flavors like orange and lemon along with citrus fruit rind all throughout. Finishes just slightly bitter but relatively clean.
Paulaner Hefe-Weizen Natural Wheat,Germany
Mild yet complex. Nice spice with clove, pepper and coriander. Pleasant fruity quality with tropical sweet banana. Smooth and surprisingly clean with a sweet bread dough finish.
Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, California
Floral sweetness quickly followed by hoppy bitterness reminiscent of pine and citrus rinds up front. Malty sweetness in the middle followed by a smooth fairly dry finish.
Samuel Adams Boston Lager, Massachusetts Noticeable hops up front with the middle featuring lots of lemon and some herbal hops. Rather sweet, caramel, butterscotch, biscuit, with a bit of oily hop bite in the finish.
Corona Extra, Mexico
Light body beer yet smooth with a mellow sweetness. Very refreshing wioth a lime wedge.
